Great service! I used Orange PA Hire for the live music at my wedding ceremony. I had left this to the last minute and contacted Lee a week and a half before the wedding. Due to the short notice unfortunately Lee could not find a technician to set the equipment up. This was no issue as all cables and their corresponding connections were labelled perfectly making the set up and pack up a breeze.

The system was very affordable, in excellent condition and the sound quality was amazing!

Communication, pick up and drop off were all perfect as well.

Lee was excellent and I would highly recommend. He was efficient, organised, professional and easy to work with. And the speakers sounded great!

We hired a PA system for our wedding. He turned up on the Saturday and had all the setup done quickly and efficiently (including showing us how to use it in a completely foolproof way!). The sound from the system was excellent and everything worked smoothly. He even came in to the packdown on the Saturday night after everyone left, so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Can I pick up myself?
  • Yes.  Just give us a call to make a time as sometimes we're out on jobs.  We're generally available 9AM to 5PM Mon-Fri  & 9AM to 12PM Sat.
  • How long is the hire period for self pickups?
  • You get a full day.  For example if your event is on a Tuesday, you can pick up Monday & return Wednesday.
  • What about the hire period on weekends?
  • You can pick up Friday (or Saturday) & return Monday.
  • Is there a bond?
  • No but you'll need to supply a drivers licence for ID & customers are responsible for any loss or damage as the equipment is not covered by insurance.
  • Do you offer insurance?
  • No. Unfortunately the cost is prohibitive so you do need to make sure the equipment is kept safe & cover any damage or loss.
  • How do I pay?
  • We offer Paypal, credit cards, EFT or cash.
  • Is a booking deposit required?
  • Orders over $300 require a $50 deposit.
  • Do you have public liability insurance?
  • Yes. Just ask if you need a certificate of currency.
  • Do you issue tax invoices?
  • Yes.  Tax invoices issued & all prices include GST.
  • Can I pick up myself?
  • Yes.  Just give us a call to make a time as sometimes we're out on jobs.  We're generally available 9AM to 5PM Mon-Fri  & 9AM to 12PM Sat.

Cancellation Policy

  • In general 50% deposit is required upon booking. Refundable upon 24 hrs notice of cancellation.
  • For individuals cash on delivery is preferred or EFT in advance.
  • For corporate or organisational customers EFT/Cheque within 7 days after event.
  • Tax invoice issued upon request. All prices include GST.

Bookings

Conditions of Hire

  • 10% deposit upon booking. Non refundable.
  • 80% refundable if less than 24hours notice given of cancellation
  • 50% refundable if cancelled after arrival at event
  • pro rated 50% refundable if cancelled after event start time.
  • Hirer is responsible for reasonable care of the equipment. Any damage or loss must be paid for.
  • All care taken but no liability accepted for loss as a result of equipment failure or unavailability.
