Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pick up myself?Yes. Just give us a call to make a time as sometimes we're out on jobs. We're generally available 9AM Mon-Fri & 9AM to 12PM Saturdays.
How long is the hire period for self pickup?
You get a full day. For example if your event is on a Tuesday, you can pick up on a Monday & return Wednesday.
What about the hire period on weekends?
You can pick up Friday & return Monday.
Is there a bond?
No but you must supply a drivers licence for ID & customers are responsible for any loss or damage.
Do you offer insurance?
No. We're afraid it's cost prohibitive so you do need to make sure the equipment is kept safe.
How do I pay?
All payments must be in advance except when paying cash on pickup. We offer Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, EFT or cash on pickup. Paypal, Mastercard & Visa mut be paid online (we'll send you an invoice). Sorry no credit card facilities at pickup.
Is a deposit required?
Orders over $300 require a $50 deposit to secure the booking. Also see our refund policy.
Do you have public liability?
Yes. Ask if you require a cetificate of currency.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices are issued & all prices include GST.
Are there other conditions of hire?
-Late returns are charged at 50% of daily hire fee.
-All care taken but no liability accepted for loss as a result of equipment failure, unavailability or if results are deemed unsatisfactory (see our money back guarantee).
-We normally endevour to supply the exact equipment specified but reserve the right to substitute equipment of similar or better specifications
What's your cancellation policy?
-10% (min $50) non-refundable deposit upon booking.
-90% refundable if 24 hours notice of cancellation given.
-80% refundable if less than 24 hours notice given.
-50% refundable if cancelled after arrival at event.

Orange PA Hire offered to be a sponsor of our fun run event this year with the loan of much needed equipment. It was a difficult location with the Assembly area in the bush near the Pinnacle and the Finish line at the top of Mt. Canobolas 15kms from Orange. Lee had no problem with that.
